The shipping charge depends on the destination and value of your order. This will be calculated during checkout. We offer UPS ground shipment. Delivery times are estimates, some items may take longer for delivery.

What if I accept delivery and then discover a problem with the item after the driver has left?

If you discover a problem, please call us at: 1-802-244-5888. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item. You should retain all packing material until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. That will make it easier to return the item if necessary.
